Terms of Service

By accessing www.adam-seo.com or engaging Adam SEO for SEO services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Adam SEO provides search engine optimization consulting and execution under our 4-Stage 9-Step Framework. Specific service categories include:

  • Local SEO Services (Google Business Profile, citations, map-pack)
  • E-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • AEO and GEO (AI Search Optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews)
  • Technical SEO (audits, Core Web Vitals, penalty recovery)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (integrated into Stage 2 of our framework)

The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal following a discovery audit.

2. Engagement Models

Adam SEO offers monthly retainers from RM 2,500 (custom). Standard tiers are RM 3,500 (Standard), RM 4,500 (Premium), and RM 9,500 (Elite). Custom project pricing is available following a discovery audit.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance on the first business day of each calendar month. Payment terms are NET-7 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% per month finance charge after 30 days. Quarterly prepay discounts are available on Premium and Elite tiers.

4. Cancellation

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work in progress at the time of notice will be completed and billed; no refund applies to the current month's retainer. We do not enforce minimum-term lock-ins on Standard tier; Premium and Elite tiers include a 6-month minimum to allow the framework to compound.

5. Service Expectations

SEO is a long-term strategy. We commit to:

  • Process discipline (the 4-Stage 9-Step Framework).
  • Transparent monthly reporting tied to business outcomes (revenue, leads, traffic).
  • Honest fit assessments — including telling you if SEO is not the right channel.

We do not guarantee specific Google rankings; no legitimate SEO agency does. We do guarantee execution against the framework and accountability against agreed KPIs.

6. Intellectual Property

The 4-Stage 9-Step Framework, our audit playbooks, and proprietary tools remain the property of Adam SEO. Content we produce on your behalf (blog posts, on-page copy, schema markup) becomes your property upon payment in full. Existing content you provide to us remains your property; you grant us a license to modify it for SEO purposes during the engagement.

7. Confidentiality

We do not disclose client data, performance numbers, or strategic decisions to third parties without written consent, except where required by Malaysian law. Case studies and testimonials are only published with your explicit approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 6 months. Adam SEO is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, traffic loss from Google algorithm updates, or third-party platform changes (Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, infrastructure failures, pandemic-related disruptions).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.
