The Adam SEO Story
Adam SEO was founded in 2011 by Adam Yong, an SEO consultant who had been navigating Google algorithm updates since 2005. The early insight was simple: rankings without revenue are meaningless. From that came the 4-Stage 9-Step SEO Framework, with Conversion Rate Optimization built into Stage 2, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Our goal is to turn client websites into revenue channels, matching what searchers need with what the client actually delivers. The case studies are concrete: 300% organic traffic growth and 283% revenue growth (RM 80K to RM 307K monthly) for a Malaysian e-commerce client over a 10-month engagement.
We added AEO and GEO (Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization) to our 4-Stage Framework in September 2025 as the AI-search field matured. Our clients now earn citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews — the new front page of search.
We deliberately cap intake at 5 new clients per month. Senior attention does not scale infinitely, and we would rather turn down accounts than dilute the framework that made our case studies possible.
